We ship worldwide with nearly a 100% success rate. However, poppy seeds may not be legal to import into all countries. Please check with your local customs agency regarding laws if you are unsure.

While it is extremely rare that we ever lose an order to customs, due to the way we ship the seeds, we must inform you that there is always the slight chance (>1%) that your order could be seized at the border. So far, Australia is the only country we've had this has happen. 
In the rare case that your order is randomly inspected by customs and seized, we will attempt a re-ship, at no cost to you upon viewing a copy of the seizure letter. Of the handful of times that we've had to send out a replacement, the shipment always made it on the second attempt.

PLEASE NOTE: While it is extremely rare we ever have an issue with orders not making it to it's destination, we suggest that when you first place an order with us, especially if it is a large order, that you wait until you receive it before placing another. This is just to ensure that there is no issues with delivery to your mailing address.
